Therapy for Lawyers
I work with a number of women lawyers who navigate chronic stress that, over time, turns into anxiety and burnout. They give almost everything to the work, drafting motions late at night, submitting responses over the weekend, with little left over for anything else.
The women lawyers I work with often struggle with acute anxiety, and sometimes with difficult family dynamics.
One of the questions I often ask is: how long do you think you can keep this pace going? And from there: what might help you manage your job responsibilities without sacrificing yourself and your life?
My Approach
I bring both professional and personal connection to lawyers, and an understanding of how lawyers think, make decisions, and respond to stress.
Women lawyers need sophisticated care that understands how intellect, personality, gender-based professional barriers, work ethic, and chronic stress influence one another.
What I provide is experience helping lawyers slow down and ask the questions they've been wanting to. We work through what's driving the grind, while also reducing anxiety symptoms and gaining more clarity about career and life.
The first step is a free 15-minute phone consultation. There’s no pressure.
