Helping strong, sensitive women stop overthinking, overcome anxiety, and regain confidence to thrive in New York.
I help women reclaim their hopes and dreams from crippling anxiety. Whether it is the constant worry that comes with new motherhood or the painful isolation of social anxiety, I can help you face these challenges with care and guidance.
I look beyond labels to the heart of who you are, acknowledging your life story with respect and understanding. I believe each woman has the right to her own perception, and I listen to your viewpoint without imposing any popular stance. Here, you are encouraged to explore your thoughts and feelings freely, without fear of judgment.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real relationship built on trust, honesty, and compassion. With extensive experience helping women who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt, I recognize how past trauma and outdated coping strategies can lead to unsettled emotions and patterns. Through therapy, it becomes possible to gain clarity and move toward a life that feels calmer, more aligned, and more fulfilling.

Are You Experiencing…
Are you stuck in cycles of overthinking, replaying conversations in your mind long after they’re over?
Do you push yourself to get everything right?
Do you struggle to set boundaries or say no, worrying that you’ll let someone down if you do?
Do you have tension in your body, restless energy, or disrupted sleep?
Do you doubt yourself, even when you know deep down that you are right?
If answered yes, anxiety may be blocking your confidence and sense of inner peace.
How Therapy Can Help
When we work together, you’ll learn how to slow things down, decrease thought spirals, and notice the patterns that keep you caught in cycles of rumination, constant worry and self-doubt.
We will explore where those patterns come from, and more importantly, how you can begin to let go. I combine evidence-based methods like dialectical behavioral therapy ( DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness skills.
During the therapy process, I’ll share practical tools to help you calm your mind and body in the moment when anxiety begins to spike. I will also teach you how to interrupt unproductive thought patterns, cultivate emotional resilience, and build new coping skills. These are strategies you can use right away, not just inside therapy but in between session as well. As you start to trust yourself more, you notice confidence occurs naturally and that you feel more grounded.
