How long therapy lasts is entirely up to you. Most people experience the therapeutic container as a safe, caring space that allows them to be who they are, often continuing even after symptoms have long subsided. They may work through transitional issues such as marriage, job promotions, family rupture, career moves, or motherhood.

We meet weekly. At times, the frequency is altered, but it’s usually done to accommodate work travel or other reasons.

Most sessions are held for 45–50 minutes. When planned ahead of the appointment, we can also schedule a longer session if needed or required.
