The Approach

My approach begins with listening. I believe change and growth occur when you feel deeply heard. With that in mind, I create a safe space where you can talk things through, move beyond hidden patterns, and make confident decisions about your life and relationships.

I hold a Master’s degree from New York University and completed post-graduate training at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine’s Urban Institute of Group and Family Therapy under the guidance of Dr. Evan Imber-Black. Over the years, I have worked with individuals, while also providing workshops and educational training on communication, resilience, mindfulness, and navigating challenging workplace dynamics.
