The Approach

I believe the quality of dialogue has a meaningful impact on your wellbeing. Working with a therapist who can both support and challenge you is central to your growth. I am an active therapist who listens to your concerns. My style is warm and compassionate, while also being direct and straightforward.

Since 2004, I have not only helped individuals and couples in therapy, but I have also offered worshops
and educational training on communication skills, resilience, mindfulness, and the toxic workplace. I am trained in psychodynamic and relational therapy, which means I am interested in understanding how your past experiences may influence your present way of interacting with the world.

Additionally, I received postgraduate training in group and family work through The Albert Einstein College of Medicine’s Urban Institute under the guidance of Dr. Evan Imber-Black, with a focus on interpersonal dynamics, conflict resolution, and understanding how people relate within families and relationships.
