Individual Therapy

Are you feeling stuck repeating the same old patterns or struggling to find a way to move forward in your relationship? I work with women and young adults who find it difficult to resolve conflict, set boundaries, and overcome anxiety. Our sessions will give you birds eyes view about how to navigate your relationships.

Women and young adults work on three types of relationships with me: relationship with oneself, relationship with others, and relationship with work. Each piece of work not only lets you get to the heart of the matter in your relationship but it also gives you the language to figure out how you feel, think, and relate in different scenerios.

When you apply holistic tools to your thought process, you are able to open up to new ways to connecing.

Relationship with Yourself

How you relate to yourself impacts how you relate to others. Everything you do and say is not only colored by how you feel and think about yourself, it is also shaped by your developmental years. How you interact with your environment and how your environment interacts with you truly impacts how you feel. Therapy can help you get a handle in these areas.

Relationship with Others

If you’ve been trying to please others or you’ve been cycling through toxic relationships that end in rejection, therapy can help. No matter how upsetting the relationship dynamics, I can help you diffuse intense emotions. Once you have clarity, you’re in a better place to evaluate your options, clarify your needs, and consider the best way to move forward.

Relationship with Work

Do you hate your job? Chronic work stress can hide what’s truly beneath the underlying dissatisfaction. Fear of change, sense of failure, or thoughts of inadequacy can be crippling to moving forward, so is acute fear of disappointing a family member. Either way, I can help you get unstuck and find relief so you can align your values with your unique purpose to reach your goals.
